The staff was helpful. the parking availability was a plus, and i found the location convenient. the room had the necessities. It was reasonably equipped.
The mattresses were old and of very cheap quality. the bed sheets were dusty. It seemed they had not been changed after the last guest.

My room was impeccably clean and contained everything I needed for a brief stay. The bed was comfortable guaranteeing restful sleep after a long journey.

The location was acceptable.
The room had a really damp wall where the bathroom was. The flooring was cheap laminate, and it was splitting. The black curtains had white splashes on them. The bathroom light blew when we turned it on.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They always acknowledged my needs. Emma and Nermine were amazing plus dealt with everything in a very good manner. Both ladies were very kind and good-hearted providing good service.
The noise from neighboring rooms was a bit high causing a small disruption.
